Hard luck to players the Bella & Ciara, and the management duo of Vicky & Andrew who are part of the Waterford U16 Camogie who were narrowly defeated by Clare by two points in the Munster U16A semi-final which was played in Ogonnelloe GAA grounds Clare last Sunday afternoon.
ANNUAL DOG NIGHT:
Saturday, March 8th will see the Annual Benefit Night for Ferrybank GAA club taking place in Kilcohan Park. This popular event is the club's main fundraiser for the year, and we would encourage everyone to keep this date in your diary, as it's not too far away.
WIN A HOUSE IN WATERFORD:
Waterford GAA supporters club is thrilled to announce the launch of 'Win a house in Waterford' fundraiser. This exciting initiative is designed to support vital areas of Waterford GAA, including youth development & infrastructure projects, like the enhancement of Walsh Park.
Tickets cost €100 each, and are available through the Ferrybank GAA committee, where 30% of every ticket sold goes directly back to supporting the Ferrybank GAA club.
The grand prize is a stunning new home built by Frisby Homes located in the highly sought-after Brookfield estate in Kilbarry, Waterford. Alternatively, a €335k cash prize is also available instead, plus many more special draws, in which the next special draw will take place on February 16th where a trip to Rome will be the top prize. The main draw is scheduled to take place on May, 6th 2025.
IRELAND LIGHTS UP:
We are up and walking again this week with the Ireland's Lights Up 4k Walk. It starts from the GAAgrounds at 7pm, and is designed for all levels of walkers, and come down and get involved. Please keep an eye on the social media page for more updates.
