WIN A HOUSE IN WATERFORD:
Waterford GAA Supporters Club is thrilled to announce the launch of the 'Win a House in Waterford' fundraiser. This exciting initiative is designated to support vital areas of Waterford GAA, including youth development & infrastructure projects like the enhancements of Walsh Park.
Tickets are €100 each, and are available through Ferrybank GAA club committee members. 30% of every ticket sold goes directly back to supporting Ferrybank GAA club. The grand prize is a stunning new home built by Frisby homes, located in the highly sought after Brookfield estate in Kilbarry, Waterford. Alternatively, a €335k cash prize is also available instead, plus many more special draws will take place throughout the year. The draw is scheduled to take place on May 6th, 2025.
CONDOLENCES:
Ferrybank GAA club would like to offer our sincere condolences to the family of the late Billy Hearne who passed away last week. Billy was part of the Ferrybank Under 21 Football team that captured the 1982 County A final, playing at full-forward on that team. Ar Dheis De go raibh a hanam.
AGM:
Ferrybank GAA club held its AGM on Wednesday night in St. Mary's Boys' national school. Attendance on the night was slightly down on the previous years, and re-elected were all the outgoing officers from last year, and we wish them well in 2025.
