WIN A HOUSE IN WATERFORD:
Waterford GAA Supporters Club is thrilled to announce the launch of the 'Win a House in Waterford' fundraiser. This exciting initiative is designated to support vital areas of Waterford GAA, including youth development and infrastructure projects like the enhancements of Walsh Park.
Tickets are €100 each, and are available through Ferrybank GAA club committee members. 30% of every ticket sold goes directly back to supporting Ferrybank GAA club. The grand prize is a stunning new home built by Frisby homes, located in the highly sought-after Brookfield estate in Kilbarry, Waterford. Alternatively, a €335k cash prize is also available instead, plus many more special draws will take place throughout the year. The draw is scheduled to take place on May 6th, 2025.
COUNTY DUTY 2025:
It was a great week for the Ferrybank Camogie club, with the announcement of five players being called up to the Waterford Camogie panels for the 2025 season. Congratulations to Sinead Daly for the Under 14 squad, Zara Kelly & Karimat Oloratola with the Under 15 squad, and Ciara Haley & Bella Keogh for the Under 16 squad. Well done girls, and all the dedicated work is now paying dividends, and also credit to all the coaches who have put in a huge effort over the last couple of years with the players, and overseeing their development.
FIELD CLOSURE:
With the playing field recently sanded, and the goals resodded during the week, the field will now remain closed until the end of February.
