UNDER 20 HURLING:
Our U20 hurlers are in semi-final action this coming Sunday, November 3rd with an away match against Tramore. The match has a throw-in time of 12 noon, and on the day all support will be welcome.
UNDER 12/13 HURLING:
Last Sunday morning saw the Under 12/13 hurlers finish up after a long but successful season, with a fun training session. It has been a good year, with the U12s capturing the City League title, while the 13s won the Shield final. No doubt a lot of hard work went into the teams throughout the year, and huge thanks to Stan, Ricky, Fintan and Cormac who left no stone unturned in preparing the side week in week out, and they were rewarded with the teams winning the trophies. To round off the morning, the team were rewarded with a nice hot chocolate from the Coffee by King team Mark and Andrew, which went down well on a chilly morning. Well done everyone.
CLOTHING COLLECTION:
For the time being, we WON’T be taking in anymore clothing items, so in the meantime, thanks to everyone who has contributed to the clothing collection, and we will let everyone know when it will resume again.
DÉISE DRAW:
We had one winner in the fifth Déise Draw, congrats to Nicky Heffernan who won €250. The final draw of the year will take place on Friday, November 22nd. Once again, thanks to everyone who has supported the draw throughout the year.
