ABP sponsored Ferrybank GAA weekly Notes

UNDER 11 HURLING:

It was a busy week for the U11 hurlers, with two games played against Mount Sion and Butlerstown. Mixed fortunes for the team - they got a win against Mount Sion on Thursday evening, but unfortunately came out second best in Ferrybank against Butlerstown on Sunday morning. Well done to all the boys, on two good performances with many great scores. The final two rounds of games are scheduled for this week away to De La Salle on Friday evening and a home game against Erin’s Own on Sunday morning.

UNDER 9 HURLING:

Our under 9 hurlers played in Butlerstown on Saturday morning, ably assisted by some U7 and U8s. Well done to all the boys on a great match. Thanks to Butlerstown for hosting.

WELL!KIDS:

This Saturday sees our final Well!Kids session of the year in the hurling alley at 10am.

UNDER 13/15 CAMOGIE:

Well done to the Under 13 & 15 Camogie teams who recorded excellent wins over St. Molleran’s & Ballyduff Upper over the weekend. The teams are making excellent progress, and the hard work put in by the coaches throughout the year is paying dividends. Well done to all, and keep up the good work.

DÉISE DRAW:

The fifth Déise draw of the year takes place this coming Friday, October 18th 4:40pm, which will be broadcast live on WLR FM. Once again, best of luck to everyone who has purchased a ticket for the draw.
