ABP sponsored Ferrybank GAA Weekly Notes

MINOR FOOTBALL:

The combined Ferrybank / St. Saviours side will have a busy few days ahead with two matches scheduled to take place. First up, is this coming Wednesday, March 20th with a trip to Kilmacthomas to play St. Mary’s at 7pm, followed by a trip to play Rathgormack on Sunday, March 24th at 11:30am.

 

U5/U6/U7/U8/U9 HURLING TRAINING:

Our underage teams are back training at the moment, with excellent numbers coming down, week in week out. Everyone is most welcome to come down and get involved, where full training and help is given by the coaches, and more importantly its free.

Training takes place on the following nights, and if you need any further help, please contact Barry 087-6510913, Damien 087-9947288, Seamie 086-8797469.

- Under 5/6 (Born 2018/2019 Friday 6:15pm-7pm.

- Under 7/8 (Born 2016/2017) Wednesday and Friday 6:15pm-7pm.

- Under 9 (Born 2015) Monday and Friday 6:15pm-7pm.

 

UNDER 10/13 HURLING & FOOTBALL:

Training continues on Sunday morning at 10:30am to 12:00. With a busy season ahead, new members are welcome to come down and get involved, where full training and skills are provided by Ricky 087-9000149, Kevin 087-9018467, Andrew 087-6914369.

 

CAMOGIE TRAINING:

Training continues for the underage Camogie teams each week as the teams prepare for the coming season ahead. Healthy numbers are coming down week in week out, and everyone is most welcome to come down and get involved. Training for the Under 15/16 is on Tuesday from 7pm-8pm and Saturday from 12:00 to 1pm, Under 12/14 Tuesday and Thursday 6pm to 7pm, and Saturday 10am to 11am, Under 9/10 Saturday 11am to 12 noon.

 

ST PATRICK’S DAY PARADE:

Well done to all young players who took part in representing the Club in Sunday’s St Patrick’s Day Parade. Thankfully, the weather held up for the day, where everyone had a great day out, and thanks to all the helpers for their organising and assistance on the day.
