The Ferrybank Under 8's played a football tournament today in Ballygunner Saturday 26th Feb 2011.
Team: Izaak Richards, Daniel Griffin, Jamie Sutton, Kyle O'brien, Shane Oates, Alex Byrne, Eddy Daly, Samuel Lescak, Odhran Power,Michael MacKessy, James MacKessy,Jake Butler, Ruaidhri McGarrity.
The lads provided 3 very entertaining games against top class opposition. The lads' tenacious spirit made all their matches tough for their opponents. It was very evident that the boys all gave 110% and more importantly they enjoyed the competition. Well done lads.
Special thanks to the parents and grandparents, (who were as excited as the kids)as your support is vital and the lads thrive on it.
