This coming Saturday, March 8th, will see Ferrybank GAA club hold its annual benefit night at the dogs, with the first race down to start at 7:35pm at Kilcohan Greyhound track.

This exciting event is held in association with Derek Jordan and Martin Barrett Motors and it promises to be yet another fantastic evening of racing, entertainment, and great prizes. We are very grateful to Derek, who is a big supporter of Ferrybank GAA club for his kind generosity.

Tickets for the event cost €10, and can be purchased from Declan Howard 087-9393818, Karen O' Connor 087-6691523, Nicky Heffernan 087-6724212, and also from the following outlets – Colin Molloy Butchers, Bloom Cafe Abbey Road, Ferrybank Barbers Abbey Road, Slieverue Tyres Abbey Road, Coffee By King Gaa grounds, Mandarin Palace Bar and Restaurant.

We would ask everyone to purchase your tickets from the outlets above named, as all tickets purchased will benefit the club directly. The main gate prize on the night has once again been kindly sponsored by Sean Power and his staff in Harvey Travel, Gladstone Street, which is a weekend away at the luxurious four-star Castlerosse Hotel in Killarney, which includes breakfast and evening meal, making it a truly special getaway for the lucky winner, plus many more prizes.

Once again, a courtesy bus transfer will operate to and from the track on the night, with the buses departing from the grotto at 6:40pm sharp. So, all in all, a great night is assured, and once again, we would encourage everyone in the community to get involved, and support your local club, and enjoy a thrilling evening and entertainment.
