Ferrybank Under 9 put in a sterling
performance today give that fact that many of the lads are only 7. With Adam
,Kyle, Joy and Jay in top form up front, the village got an early lead . Shane,
Ruaidhri, Sean Fagan and Ciaran
Hodanu fought hard in the
midfield, while the defence comprising Sean Heff, Odhran Izaak and Jake battled to maintain the lead. The Teamwork was fantastic as illustrated by the fine score from Shane; Daniel Griffin in goal sent the sliothar up to midfield where Ruaidhri and Sean Fagan outwitted their opponents and managed to supply the ball up the field after a sustained attack Shane Purcell struck gold.
