GAA NOTES

UNDER 14 HURLING: Our under 14 hurlers kept their championship hopes alive by defeating Ballyduff Upper 5-8 to 3-6 in Ferrybank this afternoon. This win was a team performance, with every player doing their bit, the highlight being Alex Hughes 2-2, also excellent defending from Alex Grant, Tiernan Morrissey, Darryl Griffin, with Shane Meagher and Isaac Power doing sterling work in the middle of the field. We are now in a Quater final play off against Butlerstown which will take place tomorrow Monday 6th June at 5pm in Tramore. Obviously with very little rest to prepare for this game, your support will be vital to the players for this game. Please come along and cheer on the team.
