GAA NOTES

INTERMEDIATE HURLING: Our Intermediate hurlers played Ballygunner in a challenge game last monday night under the lights in Carraiganore, and were defeated on a scoreline of -13pts to 1-4. Conditions for the game were poor, with driving wind and rain throughout the match, however Ballygunner were far sharper to the ball,and used it well. With the bright evenings in, this will give the lads more time on the field to sharpen up their touches and shooting skills.
