GAA NOTES

Following an Eastern board meeting held in Dunhill Tonight the draws and Groups were made and they are as follows.
UNDER 21 FOOTBALL: QUATER FINAL :FERRYBANK V KILMACTHOMAS ON FRIDAY FEBRUARY 11TH IN ST MOLLERANS GAA GROUNDS AT 7:30PM. The winners of this game will play the winners of St Saviours/Tramore in the semi final a week later, with the final scheduled for FRIDAY 25TH FEBURARY. Please note extra time will be played in the Quater final and Semi-final in the event of a draw at the end of 60 minutes.

UNDER 21 HURLING: QUATER FINAL: FERRYBANK V St Saviours, with the winners to play Eirn's own/ St Marys. No venues have yet been confirmed, but the proposed date for the quater final tie is April 8th, with the semi final a week later on the 15th April, and the final down for April 21st.

INTERMEDIATE HURLING: This is run on a league basis with the top 4 teams qualifying for the knockouts. The first round matches are down for weekending 17th or 24th April. Opening fixtures to be decided at next months meeting.
GROUP A: FERRYBANK, Mt Sion, De La Salle, Ballyduff, Eirn's Own, Tramore, Ballydurn.

JUNIOR HURLING ATTACHED: This is also run on a league basis with the top two teams qualifying for the quater finals. Opening fixtures to be decided at next months meeting.
GROUP C: FERRYBANK, Dunhill, St Mollerans, Tramore,Eirns Own.

JUNIOR FOOTBALL PROPER: Eight teams run on a league basis with the top four teams qualifying for the semi finals stages.
GROUP: FERRYBANK, Butlerstown, Fenor, St Pauls, Kilmacthomas, Eirns Own, Mt Sion, Roanmore. Ferrybank's opening game in the Junior Football will be at home to Butlerstown, date to be confirmed.
