The U7 was a very tight game. Initially Sacred Heart soared ahead, but Ferrybank clawed their way back into it by half-time and started to dominate. The opponents battled hard in the second-half and scores were rattled in by each team continuously. The result was a well deserved win for Ferrybank.
Ferrybank dominated proceedings in the U8 and never looked back.
Well done to all the Ferrybank lads, you do yourselves and the club proud. Thanks to Sacred Heart who were excellent hosts and to the TEAMS for a great evening's entertainment. Well done lads. As always thanks to the parents for their support.
Notes:
- Training for the beginners, those born 2008 and 2009, has now finished and will resume in 2014.
- Training for the Under 6 and Under 7 those born 2006 and 2007, has now finished and will resume in 2014. A text/email will be sent out closer the time.
- Training for the Under 8 and Under 9, those born 2005 and 2004, will continue on Tuesday nights until December 3rd 2013.
