ABP sponsored Ferrybank GAA Weekly Notes

BENEFIT NIGHT:

Ferrybank GAA club will hold its annual benefit night on Saturday, March 9th in Kilcohan Park at 7:50pm. Over the last number of years, this has become the club's biggest fundraiser. Once again, we hope everyone from the club and parish will come out and support this night out.

Tickets for the night itself will go on sale shortly, priced at €10, where we would encourage everyone to purchase a ticket. All tickets purchased directly from the club will see the money been retained by the club itself.  Following a successful 2023 for the club both on and off the field, which saw Ferrybank being crowned Waterford Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship, and a subsequent return to the senior ranks for 2024 following an absence of just over 40 years, it’s a significant testament to the hard working people involved in the club. We also saw our Minors being crowned Division 2 County Champions in 2023. Another major milestone, was the completion of Phase 2 of the clubhouse development, and moving to Phase 3 (fit out) in 2024 indicates the club's commitment to providing top quality facilities for its members and players.

There will be also a number of prize draws on the night, where the main gate prize will once again has been kindly sponsored by Sean Power and his staff at Harvey Travel, Gladstone Street, which is a weekend away in the four star Castlerosse, Hotel, Killarney, which includes breakfast and an evening meal. There will be an opportunity to sponsor a dog on the night, with the popular dog nominations returning once again. So keep this date in your diary, where a great night awaits.
