JUNIOR HURLING:
Our Junior Hurlers
begin their Championship campaign TONIGHT (Monday May 29th)
against St. Molleran’s in Ferrybank at 7:30pm. With a couple of games having
been postponed for the team, let’s hope they can get off of the mark. Your
support will be welcomed on the night.
JUNIOR FOOTBALL:
This coming Friday night, the Junior Footballers begin their
Championship quest in the John J Murphy sponsored competition at 7:30pm against
Mount Sion in Ferrybank.
INTERMEDIATE HURLING:
Ferrybank Intermediate hurlers next game in the Championship
is scheduled for Saturday June 24th at 6pm in Walsh Park against
Butlerstown.
UNDER 12 HURLING:
Its City League action for the Under 12 hurlers this coming
Friday night June 2nd, with the lads making the trip away to play
Tramore at 6:30pm.
MUNSTER HURLING
TICKETS:
If you want to order tickets for the Waterford v Cork
Munster hurling semi-final in Thurles, then could you please TEXT YOUR ORDER to
Pat O' Meara (087-2108890) before 2pm this coming Thursday June 1st.
Tickets prices are as follows;
- €30 for Old Stand Covered
- €25 for Old Stand Uncovered
- €20 New Stand Covered, €20 Adult Terrace.
- Concession (OAP) on full price Adult tickets at the
designated stile with valid ID €10 Rebate.
- Children Under 16 is €5 any Stand or Terrace. Please note
NOTE: Ticket prices increase by €5 on the day of the match.
DÉISE DRAW:
The second Déise draw of 2017 will take place in the Erin’s
Own GAA grounds on Wednesday June 14th. It’s not too late to get
involved, with five more draws to take place.
Tickets cost €15 per draw, and they are 21 cash prizes to be
won, with a 1st prize of €12,500, 2nd prize of €3,500, 3rd
and 4th prize €1,000 and so on…
This is the club's main fundraiser, and with 70% going back
into the club's day to day running, we would encourage all people to support
your local GAA club, and purchase a Déise Draw ticket.
TENNIS DUTY:
Congratulations to popular clubman Andy O' Brien who won the
tennis tournament final held in Carrick-on-Suir last Saturday afternoon. Andy
has advised us his next competition will be Wimbledon, and we look forward to seeing
him on Centre Court.
KELLOGG’S CÚL CAMP:
The Kellogg’s Cúl Camp 2017 will take place in the Ferrybank
GAA grounds from Monday 14th to Friday 18th August form 10am-2:30pm. This is
open to primary school children aged between 6-13 years of age. Activities
during the week will include hurling, camogie, football and rounders. Bookings

A clothing collection is now taking place. So, if you have
