UNDER 7 HURLING: The Under 7 hurlers made the trip to Passage last Saturday afternoon in a challenge game. Our lads, although younger and smaller than our opponents were excellent from start to finish, matching their intensity throughout. A feature of our play was our defensive bravery when under pressure from the hosts. Well done to our lads on a superb effort. Next up for the lads is the Roanmore tournament on Saturday 13th Sept. TEAM: Jack, Malachi, Ryan, Sean, Fionn, Evan, Sean, Michael, John, Ider, Cian, Jacob, Adam, Daniel, Conor.

UNDER 9 FOOTBALL: A team of 12 kids donned the Jersey against Passage. Passage conceded some early scores, but as the game went on, they came back into it, and proved themselves a team to be reckoned with. It was a fast paced game, but our lads got stuck in at every opportunity, and were well rewarded for their efforts. In the end it was a well deserved draw. The boys clearly enjoyed the day, and it was great to see the improvements in some of the new players. Well done lads, keep up the good work.
