GREYHOUND NIGHT: Tickets are currently on sale from Declan Howard(087-9393818) and Conor Ahearne (086-2968463) for Ferrybank's annual night at the dogs which takes place on Saturday November 24th at 8pm. Tickets, which includes admission is 10 euro's. We would encourage all players, parents, Supporters of the club to support this vital fundraiser. If you would like to nominate a dog for the night, and if the dog wins, you will win the nice sum of 30 euro's, nominations costs 10 euro's, and can be got from Shane Ahearne (086-2356300). There will be a free Bus service available on the night, taking all the people to and from Kilcohen Park. A great night is assured, so why night make a night of it, bringing your family and friends along.
CARRIGANORE BLITZ: Ferrybank under 15 hurlers competed in the 7 a side Carriganore blitz which took place last Friday night. The team played two games, against Butlerstown and St Marys, winning the opening game before losing their second game, but overall the lads enjoyed the experience playing under the lights. The Carriganore Blitz contuines this Friday night Nov 9th at 7pm. In the meantime training will contuine every Thursday night at 7pm in the Hurling Alley.
FLAG WEEKEND: The Annual flag weekend will take place on Friday 16th to Sunday 18th November.
