CAMOIGE:
Ferrybank Gaa Camoige club was officially Re- launched last night in the hurling field. Over 50 Camoige girls turned up to show their enthusiam for the game. Also a fantastic turnout from the parents to see their daughters in action on the field. Sean Fleming, the Treaseur of the County Board popped along and gave some excellent advice to all concerned. It was also great to see Trish Jackman from the Waterford Senior Camoige Team come over and provide a training session for the girls which was greatly appreciated by all. It is also hoped that for next season Ferrybank will be able to field an Adult team, which will include Debbie & Amy Boden and Claire Smith who presently play for Mt Sion. So all in all sufficient progress has been made, and we hope it gets the support it deserves. A huge thanks to all who came along to lend their support. So, Parents please encourage your daughters to come along and play the Camoige, no experience necessary as full training will be provided. Special thanks to W.L.R. and to Matt Keane who came over last night and did a report on last nights events, and done some interviews. All this can be heard on Saturdays W.L.R "of the ball "show, which takes place from 12pm-2pm, where Ferrybank Camoige Club will be "Club of the week". On Tuesday 22nd May the Under 14 side play An Rinn in Ferrybank at 7pm. All Players meet at the field at 6:30pm. The Ferrybank Camoige Club Camoige Committee is as follows.
