UNDER 21 FOOTBALL: Ferrybank under 21 Footballers will play Kilmacthomas in the Semi final of this years B Championship on Friday 24th Feb at 8pm in St Mollearans Gaa Grounds Carrickbeg. The Final is scheduled to take place on Monday 19th March. The other Semi Final is between St Marys and Clan Na Gael.
UNDER 21 HURLING: Ferrybank will have home advantage against St Marys in the quater final of the under 21 hurling championship. This game is scheduled to take place on Friday 6th July. The winners will play Eirns Own/Tramore in the Semi Final scheduled for Wednesday 11th July, with the Final down for July 21st.
INTERMEDIATE HURLING: Ferrybank will play Eirns Own in their opening game in this years championship scheduled to take place W/E 5th May. There 2nd game is down for W/E 12th May where Ferrybank will play Mt Sion. The 3rd game is down for W/E 26th May against Tramore. The 4th game will be against St Saviours and the final game will be against Portlaw. No dates were set for the final two games.
JUNIOR HURLING: Ferrybanks opening game in the Junior Hurling championship will be against Eirns Own in Ferrybank on W/E 4th-5th May. There 2nd game will be away to St Mollerans. 3rd game Home to Clonea, 4th game Away to Portlaw, 5th game Home to Butlerstown, 6th game away to Tamore. Dates to be fixed for the final four games.
JUNIOR FOOTBALL: Ferrybanks opening game in the Junior Football will be on W/E 21st April Away to Mt Sion, followed by a week later Home to Eirns Own. Our 3rd game will be Home to St Pauls, and the 4th game Away to Roanmore. No dates were fixed for the final two games.
MEMBERSHIP: Membership for the playing season will be as follows.
ADULT: £50 Euro's.
Student/Unwaged: £25 Euro's.
MINOR: £10 Euro's.
ASSOCIATED MEMBER : £10 Euro's.
DEISE DRAW: The 2012 Deise Draw will recommence on Friday 30th March. Each Draw will cost £10 Euro's each and it will run until November. There are 20 cash prizes on offer ranging from 10,000 euro to £150 euro. This is a vital source of income for the club, and we would encourage everyone to get involved and support the draw.
BALLYGUNNER BLITZ: The Ballygunner Blitz 7 a side hurling contuines this Saturday 4th Feb. This is for under 7 kids born in 2005 & 06. It will consist of ground Hurling with each game 12 minutes a side. All players are requested to meet at Ferrybank pitch at 11am sharp. The first game will take place on Pitch 1 at 12 noon v DLS. Pitch 2 at 12:15pm Ferrybank will play DLS(b). The 3rd and final game at 12:45pm will be on pitch 1 v St Saviours. For those NOT playing in the blitz, training will be as normal at 10am.
