However it is just as important to maintain fitness and activity levels throughout the “off season” as the rest of the year. At Spirit Leisure Centre we are offering registered player members (16 yrs +) of Ferrybank C.L.G. a special 3 month membership deal. On an individual basis this membership costs €150, however a reduced rate can be offered as part of this deal.

At Spirit, members have full use of our 20m heated pool, Jacuzzi, Steam Room and Sauna. Not a strong swimmer? We offer 1-to-1 and group swimming lessons to all levels of swimmer. Upstairs we have a fully equipped gym including 10 Treadmills, 5 Cross Trainers, 2 Recumbent Bikes, 2 Rowers and 4 Upright Bikes. The resistance area comprises of machine based weights, free weights up to 35kg’s, several benches and a Smyth Rack for really adding the kilos!
Our exercise class timetable also includes many classes to help keep fit over the Autumn/Winter. From Boot Camp, Total Tone, Circuit Training, Aqua Aerobics and Yoga, there is something for all tastes and abilities. Some classes need to be booked in advance so call or drop in to get your place.
At Spirit we can boast free city centre car parking for our members at The Glen Car Park (behind Aldi) for up to 3 hours. Just bring your ticket to the gym to be validated after your workout or swim.
