MINOR HURLING: The Minor Hurling match scheduled to take place last Tuesday night against Noamh Brid was postponed, as a mark of respect to the late Siobhan O' Sullivan who sadly passed away, may she rest in peace. Our next match will now take place on Monday 16th August at 7pm home to Tramore. This game has been brought forward from the Wednesday, owing to the publication of the Leaving Cert results. DEISE DRAW: We had no winner in the July draw of the Deise draw. The next draw will take place on Friday August 27th in the Nire Gaa grounds, Ballymacaraby. Many thanks to all who have purchased tickets from the club, and best of luck to all in the August Draw.
GAA QUIZ: Congratulations to Crazy Cats led by Captain Jack Burchill who won the Gaa pub quiz which was held in Flynns pub on Wednesday night, on behalf of Waterford senior hurlers training fund. They will now and go on to the main final which will be held in Dungravan on Friday 20th August.
ALL IRELAND SEVENS. Our Intermediate Hurlers have been invited back to play in this years All Ireland Sevens on Saturday September 4th in St Judes Gaa grounds.
JUNIOR FOOTBALL: Our Junior Footballers will play the winners of Roanmore / St Pauls in the semi final of this years Eastern Junior Football championship on Monday 6th September at 6:45pm in Walsh Park.
