The second stage of the all weather track has begun in earnest this week. In order for the second phase of the track to be laid we have no option other than fell the trees at the convent side of the pitch. After much soul searching and debate, it was decided that the trees had to come out as the needles from them would greatly interfere with the all weather track.
This work started on Wednesday an hopefully will be finished next week , when the laying of the track will commence.
All of this of course costs money. The much needed funds we had are now gone.
So please support every fundraising event we are having because your money is being well spent. The Desie draw is now up and running, the Field Fixers are continuously open.
