INTERMEDIATE HURLING: Our Intermediate Hurlers travelled to Camolin last Thursday to play St Patricks and were defeated on a scoreline of 3-11 to -13pts. Conceeding three early goals didnt help our cause in the early stages of the game as this laid the foundations for St Pats victory. As the game wore on we slowly dragged ourselves back into the game and had our chances to score a goal or two which went abegging. In the second half some changes made by selectors made a difference and with better accuracy should have made the scoreline a lot more closer. Despite this defeat the players will have learned a lot from this game and how important it is to get of to a good start.
