Boys School Anniversary

As part of the 50th anniversary of the boys school building, we decided to make a contribution of our own, by presenting the school with €500 worth of hurling helmets as a show of our commitment to the furtherment of the national games into the future. As a club we are delighted to be able to, and on an annual basis, provide the school with various types of playing equipment. We see the school as a vital building block for the club and without it we would find it extremely difficult to get young players interested in our national games.
The level of support we get from the school staff and teachers is fantastic and is recognised by the club as vital to our current under age success. The staff ie. Margret Browne, Gina Wicks and others to numerous to mention, the teachers Mr Duggan, Miss Touhy, Mr Ryhinn, Mr Fitzgerald, and of course the rest of the entire staff.
On behalf of the club we thank you for your support and look forward to your continued support into the future.
