Our under 15 Hurlers were in action this weekend against Passage. The final score was a draw 3:2 to 1:8, Best for Ferrybank were David Harding, Cormac Dillon, Steven Quinn, Luke Flynn, Oisin MacCathmhaoil. Next game was away to Portlaw last Sunday at 11.30 am
Last Sunday morning the U15 played their second game versus Portlaw in Portlaw . Portlaw started well in this game and took an early lead, Ferrybank came more into the game but did not convert all the chance that came , half time Portlaw 1-2 Ferrybank 0-2 . In the second half of this tough encounter scores were hard to come with both set of back on top. Ferrybank had more possession and finished the stronger, running out winners Ferrybank 0-7 Portlaw 1-3. Next game Sunday next 28th Sept, 11.30AM, versus Sacred Heart in Ferrybank.
